Face is alright to me as I've seen worse and she seems to have some fine bodily proportions. Just the choice of character to cosplay as that wasn't very good as it's just not that easy for me to picture Misty being this... stacked. But then again, it might be easier to imagine this as a cosplay of an older Misty.
