I think she's just lifting her shoulders a bit in this photo (as if she's shrugging), so that must be why her shoulders look wider than her hips... which indeed is generally a masculine feature so one would have to be pretty ignorant to say otherwise. And by that I'm referring to Ferrin specifically, who missed the point in V666p's post, apparently. Though, to Ferrin's credit, the "woman has hips wider than shoulders" thing is a generalization, so there are females that might be exceptions.
Maybe she's just lacking in the hip/ass department, I dunno. It would be nice to see more pictures of her to tell it for sure.

@Sturmvogel Prime: I never said she didn't have hips (I commented on it myself); I said the bad angle of the shot made her shoulders look much wider than her hips (which is a masculine feature).
Yep, it looks like a slightly top down shot which makes the lower portions look smaller than the upper. Also the coloration of the suit exacerbates the issue.
P.S. I've wanted to use the word "exacerbate" ever since I watched Shaun of the Dead. I think I have issues.
