I like the softshading on the clothes. But for some criticism. Seeing how your keyword includes the word "knife", i'm gonna assume she's holding a knife [at first i thought it was a syringe.heh.] And her left leg has a weird position. Her feet's position doesn't match with her knee or something. I'm no art expert so i'm not good at this myself lol
from an art sub-expert, I'd say this is pretty good, but could use a little more practice. The foot is at a wrong angle/position. Your shading could have used a little more darkening. But besides that, Nice job.
