default installation is : c:\Program Files\Will\PRINCESS WALTZ\savedata\

overwrite existing file.

you dont have to worry to lose your previous save file.

but the game setings may changed (screen resolution,text speed,auto message)

I had this all finished already and something happened to my registry and the game wouldn't start. Luckily, I was able to keep all my saves and reinstall it but for some reason my gallery was empty. This saved me a lot of time of holding down ctrl. Thank you once again, take care.
