Error when downloading Get Backers

A few days ago i started downloading Get Backers. but i had to shut down and restart so i canceled it and re downloaded it. But then i got an error that says:

Problem connecting to tracker -<urlopen error (10061, 'Connection refused")>

How can i fix this problem? Can someone help me out?

You are not the only one. I am getting it when I try to re-seed my own thread since I had to restart my comp. The stats say that I am still seeding it, but i ain't. Also, whenever I try to download from a torrent (with an seed), i get the connection refused crap.

tracker is unstable just keep trying , the 10061 connection refused error
can not be fixed it simply means the tracker was down or buggy
at the time you opened the torrent ! can also occur during
an active session if you notice it simply leave the
torent open it will reconnect by itself when
tracker is back up you don't need to
close it and re-download ...
