In my opinion the most memorable EVO ever... EVO'04 had the Parry moment, but this year had such good play from all of the competitors.

There was a little combo video shown in EVO this year before the SFIV Tournament Finals, here is the link to that video (60FPS BTW), I never noticed how crazy the combos were until now. They were tool aided, but entirely possible in game.

Yeah, he played conservatively and smart, all the YouTubers are like "Why didn't he use the TAPs passed the fireballs??". Apparently they have never seen Daigo play and his "prophetic SRK". [SFIV Terminology 101: TAP means "Turn Around Punch" one of Boxer's main moves that can avoid fireballs if timed right, and SRK means "ShoRyuKen".]
I seriously hope the location does not change for next year's EVO, for one I'm so used to have the EVO Finals in Vegas, since 2005, that it would be weird to hold it anywhere else (although you have the EVO Regional Tournaments held in their respected areas). And not to mention that the rooms in the hotels are so cheap and plentiful due to the economic downturn, and we can totally enjoy ourselves with gambling, buffets, and live entertain during the off hours or after the tournament.... I mean...it's Vegas!!
I'll probably give a shot at BB (probably going to stick with Rachel) as well, but I need to step up my game for SFIV... (Still working on Cammy, totally lost it though since school began last semester, I can't even perform a swift canon strike anymore.)
EDIT ADDED: For those you wants to watch the videos, you can easily find the glitchy streaming video on YouTube, just type in EVO 2009 in the search bar, but IGN is going to provide the HD Feeds although it's for "Insider Members Only". They're not going to release a DVD this year, but instead are doing everything through IGN.
To be an "IGN Insider" member it would cost you $15USD [Discounted from $20 to get the discount just follow the link in the EVO Main page: http://evo2k.com/], but that's quite a steal considering that the prices of the DVDs range from $30 to $60, not to mention that you'll have access to "IGN Insider" for the entire calender year.

E-Sports didn't really fly since it didn't really drive viewers, mainly because the games they were showing, mainly shooters and Madden, are not really TV friendly, not to mention that the fighting game stuff they showed wasn't at the same level of play as was in EVO, Devastation, or Boston Brawl.

Well that was definitely an improvement compared to the last time Justin used Rufus against him. Any vids of him (Daigo) using boxer? (Since he switched between boxer/ryu in SFII)

I've only seen videos of him using Ryu in SFIV, but the play style between the SFII Boxer and SFIV Boxer is pretty substantial, especially with the use of the super/ultra.
Here's a small video on the Justin/Daigo fight, but from the crowds and players perspective.
