Yes it's called Basara Battle Heroes and it plays like GvG(Gundam vs Gundam) but with Basara characters and other stuff.I'm happy to see that Sengoku Basara is becoming more and more like Devil May Cry.

Also it's coming in Europe and Us under the title Sengoku BASARA Samurai Heroes.My hopes for a Basara 3 psp port due to rise of fanbase and sales demand are high,and the chances are rising.

Also Ishida is nothing like Kenshin.He fights in his own Iai style with 2 swords and the seath as a third sword.His 3rd sword is actually a bladed scabard for his actual sword.Hence the two tsuba(protectors).

If there is anything I want them to change, it's "no more only 2 moves for each stage".

Your wish is granted Duo.Masamune's gameplay shows him doing Death Fang(Death Bite in SSS),Magnum Step(magnum strike in SSS),Crazy storm(crazy stream in six swords style) and War dance(puts him six sword style mode).Also his moveset was more focused despite being seemingly the same as in SB 2 and Heroes.

Yukimura aslo had more than 2 moves showcased in the same gameplay video,as well as Ieyasu and Mitsunari.

On a side note,they don't have any move's name above the characters stats during battle.Maybe they found a good system to have all the skills you want?

and found some new scans belonging to the new Famitsu magazine revealed 2 characters where one of them already known honda tadakatsu, and the other is a new character is Otani Yoshitsugu the voice actor is Fumihiko Tachiki .

and the next scan can see 2 more characters, but are in shadow.

Seiyuu is Oohara Sayaka. For some reason I feel like she looks reminiscent to Milly Ashford in Code Geass and may have the same voicetone as Selvaria Bles from Valkyria. Coincidence much? :p

This week's Famitsu reveals not one, but Two new characters for Capcom's Sengoku BASARA 3 (Sengoku BASARA Samurai Heroes in overseas). The first of which is the revelation of the chain ball silhouette as 黒田官兵衛 Kuroda Kanbei. He is voiced by Rikiya Koyama, who also voiced Sun Wukong in Musou Orochi Maou Sairin (WO2).

The other new character is 鶴姫 Tsuruhime. Although historically she lived in the pre-Nobunaga Sengoku era (1526-1543), she was famous as a female archer who led the Mishima navy which served the Kono clan of Iyo, Shikoku. She is voiced by Ami Koshimizu, who is most famous for voicing Kallen in Code Geass.
