You must use 7zip to extract *.7z.001 file, don't use hjsplit to join them, 7zip will do that automatically. If you still can't extract them, you should download again

the 001 file only extracts 180 mb, leaving the other two parts empty...... if possible, please fix it

ちゅぱしてあげる～スポーツクラブのおねえさん～ have four parts. You check their name, they must be same and in a folder, use 7zip to extract *.7z.001 file

hihiman is actually right and i figured out the problem:

part 3 and 4 aren't named as the first two, they have those "~" instead of "_", so just rename either the first or the last two so that all of them have the same title
took me some time to notice that
