on my favourite chinese fourm, most of my friends all go to the same server~ we all joined the same guild~ but the net work to china is too bad from here~ so i wounder if most members on hongfire all go to a same server as well~ im just board and want to start RO again

what's the site~? i want a server with rate like 10~30, not too cheap but not too hard either~ more people~ maybe 200~500~ none of those 4 slots or LV999max stuff~ but high2 classes opened~~XD

You could try mobro. The rates are 3/3/3, but I'm not sure if their registration page is still open. I guess you can google for it.

acRO was pretty good when I was playing there. I'm trying to make my return to the server, but I lost the client. And I can't download because they're making a new version of it. The rates were decent enough at 6/6/4.

you can try redemption.it has 2 servers,redemption's rate is 5/5/3, and reincarnation is 50/50/30. go to redemption-online.com

www.animeconnection.net <--- acRO great server..its also a anime bit torrent tracker too! they work really hard they run 3 servers all with high player count and haven't had a wipe in over a year.
another note there is a new software out so watch out for up coming ragnarok online servers with completed advance classes, completed baby/adoption/wedding systems, completed PK server, completed blacksmith fame system etc. etc. etc. All stable too unlike athena servers
