First, it's way too hard to find Japanese RPG for PC, simply because they always flamed out in US market. And, if you want to play Japanese RPG, it's much much better to just buy PS2, or get PS1 emulator and run PS1 ISOs.. All I can remember is that FF7, FF8 and Grandia II has been ported to US PC markets, and all those games are great rpg to play, especially FF7...
oh, i was hoping for j-game translation group almost like the fansub groups :(
i have played most of the new final fantasies, and grandia. i also have a modded ps2, which i have import games, but no translations.. and not RPG game, because i cant speak japanese/chinese/korean.
ok thankyou for your help :)

Well, one of the fairly good japanese RPGs that did make it across is Valkyrie Profile for the PSX. As for asian PC games that have been translated into english, I can't recall any... since I can speak Korean, which helps me explore asian games ;)

I don't own a PS2, so I'm in an even worse situation... If I could play something like Atelier Iris on PC, I would die of hapiness. About PSX... I think I already played every single english RPG available, except the notably bad ones.

Roseonline really looks interesting actually, thanks for the info.
Edit: But I can't play it, because I can't register. It keeps saying "Wrong Approach", theres nothing in the forum on this and the game has no FAQ. Very helpfull.
Guess because its a Korean game they don't really care about english gamers.
