I can't even get the game to work. It doesn't open when I double-click it. Nothing happens. Anyone knows how to solve this problem?

you're probably having the compatiblity problem I had a while ago. Find the RBO folder on your computer, then right click on the rbo program, click on properties and then click on the compatibility tab at the top. check the box that says run this compatibility mode for:, and then choose windows 98/Me. It should work then
