TeamXbox.com (http://www.teamxbox.com) is reporting that EA has signed a 4 year exclusive deal with the Arena Football League to produce videogames for them. EA will start with the 2006 seaons and go from there.

wow. I feel a bit sorry for EA employees, apparently they don't get the best treatment around there.
What I don't agree on is the fact that EA also bought out exclusive rights to produce NFL games... The only reason the "Madden" series has evolved to its current status is due to the constant competition from Sega's "ESPN" series. With the exclusive rights, EA now has a excuse to plod out mediocre games.
