Identify This Manga

I found this a long long time ago and it occured to me that the drawing is simlar to Itsutoshi's old work. Anyone know if this was part of the Renge series or the origin of the Manga?

Is call Renge Return2 and is Itsutoshi art. U can find the complete version in 4chan hentai section for it!

NOTE: u know it just ocurred to me that maybe this thread could be stickyfied and renamed as the H-Manga Identification Thread, it would be nice both to get help in identifiying works and to prevent making a new thread everytime a member requested help in a similar way, just a suggestion though.
