problem playing mitama

i have a problem when playing mitama . when i choose the left character, after a while, it shows a YR1.txt file cannot open or missing, i think. when
i choose the right character, it shows t08.bmp file is missing. i have apply the
patch, even dl the lastest patch but still no use. i believe some users also
have this problem.

do any one know how to solve this problem?

I had a "failed to open eyk2_12.txt" error but after I used the patch, all seemed ok

BTW: I didn't encountered any errors in the beginning of the game even before applying the patch, what os do you use? I'm using english xp with japanese support enabled.

i currently using win2k. i also have that patch installed but still same problem
