I understand about 75% of it... pretty funny... I'm sure those who can read kanji quickly will enjoy it quite a bit more...

It's actually Romanian. It's funny how similar the words sound to Japanese.
If you like that one I think you'll like this:

It's the same song and some of the jokes are the same but I like this one too.

It's nonsense. They take the sounds and take similar Japanese sounds (or pop-culture sounds, like with Aaron and Picasso) and match them to the words. It's funny, but pretty random.

i was going to post a new tread about this one but luckily i came across this before. i really enjoyed the above flash file in the quote. i was wondering if anyone could translate it because i think i would enjoy it more and the jokes i understand are only the english ones. thanks

The humor is all in the puns. If you translate it, the sounds will all be different, so they won't match up and be funny any more. (well, you won't get the joke . . . because there won't be any joke anymoew).
The part with the cats drinking is set to words like "Numa Numa Iei!" which sounds like "Noma, Noma, Iei!" which is written in the first flash with characters that make it mean "Drink! Drink! Yay!" Without the pun it's just randomness. There's other parts with like "Dassen" (derail, with trains), or "ji-bero" (letter - tongue) or "sara niku" (plate meat) or "panchira" (panty flash). If you don't know the original Japanese, there's no joke to get.

oh yeah, i understood that the humor was how the romanian words were "translated" into similar sounding japanese words. i just wanted to know the puns but you make a valid point that i didn't think about carefully. it isn't much of a joke when it is translated and only people who can understand the language can get the puns. well, you did what i needed and i really appreciate it.
