i've recentl downloaded this game and it seems only the buttons have english subtitles and not the the game text (the text that shows up below the pictures)

is it suppose to be like that?
can i patch it?

No, the whole game is in Japanese.
No English patch. Ever.

if the game was from hongfire.com and did not include ENG in the file name then you'll be damned because it wont be in english
