Japanese language forum

With Konigkonrad helping folks out with Japanese lessons, plus a couple other Japanese language threads floating around, I figure I'd re-suggest the creation of a Japanese language forum.

I've been thinking about the same thing as well. The japanese forum will be up when i update the site. today or tomorrrow. :)
