Quick Reply doesn't work

Why must I always click on Post a Reply or Quote instead of type in the Quick Reply box?? :confused:

You need to click This buttom http://www.hongfire.com/forum/tinhxuan/buttons/quickreply.gif Next to your quote buttom to enable the quick reply box. We make it like that to help the server to save more cpu resources.
