how can I become a VIP??
by bluntly asking to become a VIP you have forfeited any future possibilities of ever becoming a VIP. you are hereby marked for disciplinary action which may entail the stripping of certain priviliges.

I wonder how serious this can be if it is stated by someone who is not moderator or staff member, what is the point of scarying people (because I don't see any other reason behind your post) who wants to ask politely a question about something they don't have any idea?

A VIP is a member(s) that has constributed in many good ways toward the community. So, in either case, you have to torrent and seed ALOT ;)
