problem with IRC

okay, can anyone tell me what it means by
Connection to irc://irc.rizon.net/ (irc://irc.rizon.net/) closed with status 2152398868.
this happens when i connect too the server. can't even get on long enough to get into a channel. :( :( :(
i have no idea what this means, can someone tell me? :( :( :(

after connected type /j (room)
