These images translated to english?

I have received a small project from a friend of mine to print few shirts for him, but the resources for these shirts are in japanese, and I don't understand much of japanese, and the resources are images so they can't be translated with JquickTrans or something. I was wondering that there must be someone here who can read and write japanese, so they could translate them for me. If possible, can you please post a text version of the original text too (might need it someday... who knows?!). Thanks already! BTW: Sorry for the lowsy image quality, but the texts are readible still...

Im not too sure what the Kanji says, but i think the first pic says "Warning Rated H. This person is an extremely perverted pedophile, so please think wisely before taking action" or sumthing around those lines.

The second image says "Pervert warning: Dangerous person currently acting". Again, my knowledge of japanese Kanji is limited, so i think its best if you get soemone who has more knowledge than a peanut to translate these words.
