personally, i choose halo 2 b/c there is so much hype for this game. everything else is an extremely close 2nd (metal gear solid, gta, donkey konga, etc).

heh i choose paper mario 2 since i played the first one on nintendo 64 and it was pretty good (my opinion) :D it was nicely animated too and with good music..but the haunted house made me jump up a little bit :rolleyes:

HL2 is gonna rock but I really can't wait for Call of Duty: United Offensive, since I play CoD competitively online. Clan Cosmonic is gonna do damn good in CAL open this year!

as for Halo 2, the game is based on Master Chief returning to Earth and finding out the Covenant have discovered the location of Earth. but there could always be surprises

Of the above list, Fable would have to be my choice. I'm a sucker for a good RPG. :) Of course, this is dependant on whether I've finished Phantom Brave by the time Fable's released (yeah right).

Intense WWII FPS. If you have 5.1 surround, turn up the speakers and you will poo yourself from the sound effects. My Logitech z-640s get a hell of a workout when I play single player. Multiplayer rocks my socks as well. Only bad part is the game focuses on the European Theater only. So you get to play in single player as American, Brit, and then Russian. Multiplayer you can also be on German.

My guess is the next full CoD will have the Pacific Theater in it, which will be en fuego!!!!

Yeah the sound effects in CoD we're pretty good, pissed off the people living with me whenever I played.

More on topic, personaly I'd stick with my Japanese and Euro imports. Nothing like the original.

Siren... Interesting concept, looked scary. Was going to buy it, then I played the demo...

They had dubbed it - badly and very woodenly. Ruined it for me. And there was no option to have subtitles and original language.

So I'd LOVE to play this, as it seems like the kind of chills and horror I'm looking for, but unless there is a version with the original Japanese language, it's a no-go for me :( (Mine was the UK release).

But, if it hasn't bothered you, then by all means play it... I'd be interested in knowing what you thought ^_^

I am preordering a couple of titles, the new Zelda for cube, Doom 3 for Box, and Final Fantasy XII for PS2 and of course advent Children for PSP, but I don't think that counts. Maybe GT4 and MGS III also.
