File is in Bin format, compressed with winrar. Just mount it with daemon tools or alcohol 120%.

Explore the disc through windows explorer, and look for a setup.exe or a .msi file, that should get the installer going.

You're going to want to have non unicode programs be japanese I believe.

Well I never tried to burn it, I just mounted it with daemon tools. Still you should read these two sticky topics:

shouldn't there be an ISO file together with the BIN file?
i couldn't run it.

Uhm, you just need to mount the bin file with alcohol of daemon tools. There is no need for other files. Apart from the fact that iso and bin are different cd-image formats :D

When you try to mount it, you will have to select "Files of type: all files", not just image files

*sigh* I'll super-seed it for a few days. I really like Carnelian's work so I won't mind spreading the love around. Keep in mind as with all my seeding, it's going to be on and off at various times. Somehow, the swarm of low post count junior members requesting for a seed makes me feel bad about doing this...

well anyways, i wouldn't mind uploading it on rapidshare, just for the download points, but i don't even have the file to upload it with so can't do anything, there isn't a single tracker for this file now, one more thing if i had the file i'm gonna have to split it in 2 to lower the file size, and prolly have to rename it, just to lower the chance of it being found out.
