wow, thats extremely long.

i used the software SnagIt to cut them, it has many features for speed cutting. The last cg pack i post, about 300 pics, only takes about half an hour to cut. i think you should consider trying it.

I found the program SnagIt but it's only in shareware -_- . If you have the program with crack, then it'll be cool if you can send me that :)

I don't mean to be stating the obvious here... but you can download the game from the home site... (or at least that's what it seems to be) Go to the game's home page and click on download, then scroll down and click on the first download link, then click on the kateone.lzh file. If I'm not mistaken this is the complete game!??

Just finished downloading the game from that site (took all of 10 minutes to DL 279 MB) I haven't played much into the game, but it seems to have the CG gallery part of the game disabled. :(
