You need something that opens .rar files and something that opens .7z files. Both are compressed formats. I think WinRAR should open them both but if not just download WinRAR and 7z unzipper seperately.

In the future, please post requests for technical help (regarding how to unzip files and such) in the "Help & Support" section of the forum. You have a better chance of getting help there.
