Hmm... Similar title, before I grab it I'm wondering if it's similar to Mahou Shoujo Meruro? That one didn't exactly have much in the way of tentacles, but was rather interesting in it's own way nonetheless.

As for what it's about. Pretty much your typical klutzy magical girl who keeps getting blackmailed or mind controlled by the evil forces and forced to do embarrassingly naughty stuff in public until the evil forces get distracted by the show and whammied. Kind of funny in places with some tentacles and gangbang action and eventually, some yuri in the second episode. Nothing especially original or disgusting from what I can remember, but nothing terribly memorable, either. Fairly decent magical girl hentai for those that like the genre.
