I think most people noticed by now that most mangas become animes. Which manga would you choose if it was to become an anime?

I would want "Erementar Gerad", "Gamerz Heaven", "Zombie Loan", and "Watashi No Meshia-sama" to be an anime.
I think most people don't know, and never heard of these mangas though.

and I thought I remembered seeing something regarding Gamerz Heaven being in production, though I may be wrong with that one.

So many of the manga that I would have wanted to see in anime form have been announced in one way or another TV/OVA/Movie-wise in the past few months (mostly seinen) or actually started this recent October season.

There's quite a few shoujo titles I think would would succeed in the transformation to anime, though what I really think would be neat to see would be a well-comedically-timed Milk Crown.

Most of the decent and not-so-decent fighting manga seem to get animated, but there's one that apparently doesn't get the attention it deserves and IMO should have been considered at least ahead of Gash (to take another Sunday manga that started around the same time): Ueki no Houritsu.

Starts out a little shabby, and it never really gets a plot beyond The Big God-Tournament<tm>, but the actual abilities are problably some of the craziest ones seen yet and it would likely be rather amusing to see in moving pictures.

For you info there is a game that was made recently, June or July of this year that is suppose to follow that end and conclude the story.

There are quite a few instances where they bring out an anime but it ends sooner than the manga does, in an incomplete manner. Seems like Venus Wars falls into that category, but I'd love it if the rest of Basara and Hunter x Hunter was made into anime. I think it might actually happen with Hunter x Hunter anyway.

I would like to see Immortal Rain as an anime. Not the cheap ass dubbed 4kids ****, but a real anime. It has one of the best plots ever in my opinion, and it gets very dramatic, especially towards the fourth volume. I'm still reading the series, but it's been great so far and the end looks very promising. Ozaki is brilliant.

Mirai Nikki and Bakuman are the only Manga I read that have not been translated into a proper anime yet.

The former would work great, but I'd prefer if they wait until the manga has been completed so nothing'd get drawn out or altered, which is the bane of most anime and that would just ruin the entire atmosphere.

Bakuman wouldn't translate too well into anime, but it could work.

Predictably, a well animated Berserk, perhaps as an OAV series, would make my day. Who knows, perhaps Miura might finish the manga, feeling the animators' breaths on his neck. Other than that, I'd love to see more Ghost in the Shell, and Garhad Mills live and in color would be something to behold.
