Does it means that I will have to replay all my games on my computer and try to capture these video?!? :-S
Man, if I do this it will be a pain in the ass, I'm not that crazy...
Thanks anyway
Some games also have the movies on the cd or in the game directory, usually .bik or . mov files(i think) You could try looking for some of those.

Please note that some PS2 games generate their own video cut-scenes footage, so direct ripping of the video out of the game means you will miss some of the video. For example, Xenosaga generates some of the cutscene video using its 3D renderer, so you would need to replay it to capture the footage.
Some games may sell the cut-scene video footage on a separate DVD in Japan, so you may look on Winny for it. For example, Namco/Monolith had announced that it is releasing a directors-cut DVD of the video footage from Xenosaga I for those who pre-ordered the Xenosaga II PS2 game. So, in that case, replaying the game would not be necessary.
Some games you may want to replay because of ALTERNATE versions of cut-scenes. For example, Xenosaga II rewards you by allowing you to dress Kos-Mos in her alternate clothing selection if you have successfully completed Xenosaga I (and use the save-game as proof). An example of how Kos-Mos looks in her alternate clothing (body suit) is courtesy of a ziff-davis review at:
