The groups which are now working on this masterpiece don't like very much distro outside their own, I'm sure you all know this kind of reason is to be respected, so at least go to them for latest chaps and say "thank you for your work". Since July 2009 the group scanlating GM drastically changed its policy. They won't tolerate help in distributing their releases. I had to remove my torrent, but I still can read my emails and pm :D Please read the txt attached for details.

UPDATE! The group mentioned above closed shop at the beginning of 2010, so a new group has decided to pick GM up. Please still refer to the txt attached for status details, but now I can make a new torrent, Glass Mask 1-31. The last release is vol 32 ch1, widely available on the new group's forum (read the txt).

It's great to find people taken a liking of this title. A little info 3 months earlier the author said she had an idea of the ending after thrashing 5 other different plots paths in absence of a new release since 4 years after volume 42. She did also mention that she will not leave it without an ending since the series is like 30 years old. Latest in jap or taiwan's release is volume 43.

Very true. I read some scans from the magazine release, and Miuchi sensei really changed things. Here in Italy vol 43 will be available after summer, I'm eager to get my hands on it! The good thing for English language is that the 2005 anime is gonna be released by http://www.crunchyroll.com/, available for US only. I really hope the sensei won't die before giving a proper end to this drama, it's a wonderful series, one you can read well even after 30 years. I just hope she will speed up a bit, and think more about the manga than about the theatrical pieces she's getting out of it.

Don't worry about the sensei, there are many manga artists that drew till there day and also continuing their tittles. Well even if she (unlikely) does kick the bucket, it will be handled the same as the Guyer series(the author died a heart attack) taken over by the assistants. Still pretty amazed with myself and others that started this series 20 odd years back and still reading it. But the 2005 anime lost all of the charm(very boring) that held those started reading at least 20 years back, so it's no big lost that u can't watch it.

True, the 2005 anime is a very low cost production. It's good that they made it because it can help to renew the interest on the manga. Giving the speed rate of the sensei, I hope she has taste in picking assistants.
