Artist name : GotoP (ごとP)
Webpage : http://www.mirai.ne.jp/~gotop/ - "Peeping P!"
Artbook name : School Girl
Color - 20 pages
Original release date : 2005 Winter
I scanned these at 600DPI using a low-end Lexmark printer/scanner combo + Photoshop - once resized, the result looks a bit better...
If you're looking for more GotoP's goodness, I've torrented several of his CG CDs - more info on my GotoP torrent topic (http://www.hongfire.com/forum/showthread.php?t=43121).

One last thing : I was thinking that translating the text could be interesting (unfortunately...I don't know japanese at all). So, if you feel like translating some parts, feel free to do it here (assuming mods don't mind the topic is used for this purpose of course - otherwise I'd use the "if you need something translated to jap' and vice-versa" thread).
Nibble already translated page 9, his translation was :
"I've been sent to support highschool at district baseball tournaments many times. At first I was reluctant, but it was my first time watching baseball and I found it surprisingly fresh and fun. I remember that my school was pretty small, and our impromptu chearleading squad didn't have fancy things like actual cheerleaders. When we saw them with the other team, we let out a loud "WHOA," completely forgetting our duties.
We lose the first game almost every year, but knowing that doesn't make the last inning any less painful. I've never felt that feeling so greatly anywhere else. Because of that, when I watch highschool baseball every year, I think about the losing team's cheerleading squad a lot.
...and their panties."
