Well, this thread isn't probably the right one for this post, but where else could I post?

I sometimes posted in this forum, having no problem.
Today, I tried posting a request, couldn't create a new thread and had this message:

If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

As my account is activated since August, did someone disable it, or is it a bug? If my account has been disabled, why? and for how long?

I sincerely think that's a *very stupid* rule.The intent is to encourage people to participate in the community. It's already been hashed out in a couple other threads, so I'm not debating it -- just providing the explanation.
