What's wrong with megaupload? I think rapidshare is the one that sucks since they limit how much you DL based on time.

Some would argue that megaupload is very restrictive without the megaupload toolbar/manager, especially if you're in coutries with very few non-toolbar slots (ie. Malaysia). Its a principle of not wanting to install extra software or stuff just to download.

That said, I do somewhat like megaupload since its the only filesharing site that allows me to resume broken uploads, which is good for my unstable lines.

Nope, Rapidshare sucks. For free members with static IP, it's impossible for us to download several files. The best method is to use several filehoster, like filesend, megaupload, rapidshare and others.
