Has the OSTs to pretty much every Touhou game plus official arranges and dozens upon dozens of volumes worth of remixes and arranges.
It's on a different forum but I was hoping that perhaps someone here in Hongfire might be able to help us out.
There are 30 peers, the majority of them stuck at 99.7%. We've been like this for weeks now, maybe months. Just one good seed for like an hour would result in over 20 good seeds almost instantly. Please, if you could be so kind and help us out.
Perhaps you could try uploading on a fileserver somewhere just the individual music files we need in case you have them from a different source. Here's the files that I (and probably everyone else) are missing:
