yup. track 11 if im not mistaken.
Actually, Inner Universe is performed by Kanno Yoko, or americanized it's Yoko Kanno. But yes, it's on the OST.

@Mizu, Inner Universe is performed by Origa. Yoko Kanno composed the music. He composed nearly all the music on the ost and in the series. But Origa is the one with the beautifull voice.

As for Origa, there is very little information available about her. Some even speculate that she is Kanno's pseudonym as a singer.
BTW, the American version of the first OST has "Velveteen" edited for whatever unknown reason. Just a warning if you ever do plan on purchasing it.
