Anyone here knows where can I get Japanese Manga Scanlations (that are not translated in English)?

You probably have an answer for this already, but I need to bring up my post count so the reputation points I give people will actually count. jojohot.com is a chinese site with lot's of raws, but I don't know how it works. This site is probably your best bet, just check out the manga section. ritualscanforge.free.fr has lots of raws too, you need to sign up for it and the site's in french, but it's still pretty easy.
Edit: I don't know why it bothers me, but it would be Japanese scans (or maybe "raw scans"), not scanlations. Scanlations is only for when something is scanned then translated text is inserted into it.

Those are like the only two places I know where Japanese raws are available.
I know a whole lotta place to get Chinese raws though... = =|||

You ought to consider buying them. Most Japanese manga are cheap and you will be supporting the mangaka.
