Well, there's currently 3 releases for the 6th series of Eiyuu Densetsu line:
Sora no Kiseki (known as FC - First Chapter);
Sora no Kiseki SC (2nd Chapter)
~~ TC (3rd Chapter)

Ya, SC is sequence to FC as TC to SC...with improvement of system, est. of course.

I'm running a XP and the patch barely did anything ]: Every other doujin japanese game I have works fine, just this one game. I'll try reinstalling it, if that might help.

I'm still downloading the files but this happened to me with another game. The kana seems to read disk set, so it is looking for the cd-rom, make sure the iso file is mounted in DAEMON tools and then relaunch the game. I think this will solve your problem.

After reinstalling still no luck :/ The .rar didnt come with an actual .iso but came with the files to setup and etc.. I copied those files onto a cd still no luck. I doubt mounting it onto a DAEMON tools will do anything but, I will try(desperate).

When you unrar the 35 parts what comes out, is it a single large rar file that contains the setup files, if so try mounting that entire rar file into DAEMON Tools. I think this might work. Other than that I'm out of ideas, I'll tinker around with it when I finish downloading

After you unrar the 35 files you have an Iso wich your latest winrar version detects that Iso as a Winrar but you shouldnt extract it, just mount that Rar called "Eiyuu Densetsu 6 SC" with daemon tools and automaticaly it will apear a screen with install option, install it and leave the cd mounted to run the game.

Its quite most simple japanese game to run, you will see.

i think you didn't set your computer to japanese.

to play this game ( and other japanese game ) you must set it to japanese in control panel at "regional and language option"
if you haven't install it, you need windows XP cd to install.

at language tab, check "install files for East Asian Language" box to install.

open Regional and Language option and at "Regional Option" and Advanced" tab
change it to japanese.

Thanks! I did how you said but it was useless... when you start the installation the setup search for your "application data" folder.. its default... and here, it was hidden. I just changed to show all hidden folders and files and tryied to install, i got sucess, by the way Thanks! ^^

I never needed to do that? 0.0 also i already have asian support installed, all i need was run the aplication with applocale, does he have Vista instead of XP?

If u changed ur unicode, I don't think u need applocale.... Jap games all work for me without Applocale...
