Based on a series of light novels written by Tanaka Yoshiki. The story revolves around Ryōko Yakushiji, a brilliant 27-year-old elite investigator with the Tokyo Metropolitan Police. Together with her subordinate Junichirō Izumida, the two often investigate bizzare and supernatural cases. In addition with the paranormal, Ryōko also has a longstanding rivalry with Yukiko Muromachi, another talented police investigator.

Great Anime.
I have just finished yesterday to watch this serie.

I really love Ryoko (for her strong personality and for... her sex appeal : she's so sexy) and they choose the perfect seiyuu for her : Hitomi Nabatame (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hitomi_Nabatame). B/C she already dubbed in french (yep they speak a lot of french in Yakushiji Ryoko no Kaiki Jikenbo (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yakushiji_Ry%C5%8Dko_no_Kaiki_Jikenbo)) in Strawberry Panic! (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strawberry_Panic!) as Shizuma Hanazono.

Talking about french, "too bad" the main translator Cazoo (from AonE) translated directly from kanji (there's japanese subtitles when they speak in french). I presume he doesn't speak french lol. Well, if you understand french, it's very funny to hear them talking in french :grin: :neko:.

My opinion, it can spoil :
13 episodes, but the final case takes 6 episodes. So it's better for you to DL the 6 last episodes in the same time and watch them.
I really wanted that both main characters show their fellings :st:. Despite of, we only see Ryoko's feelings for her "slave" Izumida Junichirou lol.
Sometimes, Ryoko looks like a lot Saeko Nogami from City Hunter (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/City_Hunter). Watch this anime and you'll agree with me.

I hope they will do a second season or OAV :( because it's very possible to add more cases lol. But this anime is based on a novel by Yoshiki Tanaka (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yoshiki_Tanaka). There's currently 8 books and he's still writing an another book.

I really want to know (it can spoil) :
_ The relationship between Ryoko and Yukiko Muromachi. They're rival since university and they call each other by nickname. Why :confused: ??? Obviously, something happened at this time .
_ The relationship between Ryoko and her two french maids (big cliché :eek:, female maids must be french) Lucienne and Marianne, they're really much younger than her. I think they have a bad past...
_ Why sometimes Ryoko can summon some monsters...
_ How Ruriko Isurugi got the DNA of Ryoko for creating Monami...
A lot of questions but no response, maybe I need tor read manga/novels :pika05:.
