CCCP codec pack are only use to play video files. It cannot be used to convert .mkv to .avi files. There is an .avi version in Hongfire here but with no subtitles.

And Why do you want to convert MKV to AVI? You will lose quality greatly if you do that. Just download as @zh4rx0 suggestion or You may download K-Lite Codec Pack(without player) or K-Lite Mega Codec(with MPC) if you are lazy to set up(automatic setup)

Hi, I downloaded episode 1 and 2 but for some reason I cannot get to see subtitles for the second episode where it show perfectly for the episode 1, any idea ?

I am playing both with vlc, and it see the subtitle track for both I just do not see any text for episode 2.
