This Film Serie is a serie of 7 Movies, only right now 6 Movies are on DVD (Japan Only). Movie 7 will be on theater the 8th August (so the DVD will be out in 2010).

This Anime isn't licensed in USA. I know this Movie is on-going and I really doubt this Movie will be licensed soon.

Take seriously that, I'm not joking at all :
DMCA (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_Millennium_Copyright_Act) and Aniplex (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aniplex) are working together for tracking IPs though Torrents. On others forums, some leechers have already received emails from them and their ISPs revoked their Internet Connection...
Even if Kara no Kyoukai (KnK) isn't licensed in North America, they randomly target leechers. It's not only KnK, but all Anime which Aniplex was/is/will working on. Just click on Wikipedia/ANN Links for knowing their Anime Series.
How to avoid to be tracked :
Download on IRC
Free DDLs
Don't SUPPORT DDL Paysites for grabing anime, Fansubs do it for FREE.
Otherwise, donate for Fansubs (they use donations for paying their website domain/IRC Bots/Torrent trackers) but not for robbers.
If you have Dynamic IPs, you're safe, just reboot your comp 2 or 3 times per day.
Often change your nickname on Share or other P2P Programs (Advice : each time you use it).
Buy R2 DVDs (I know it cost $60 per DVDs, but it's much better than going to jail and pay $2-3K or more...), you'll have a proof that you support Japanese Animation...
