Reason for this topic: Seeing as most of the topics surrounding this game are having dead links on the 1st post and not getting updated no more, I thought it would be best to make a whole new topic that I can easily update with new info for those who need it.

Does anyone know why or can help ?

P.S and sorry if i'm asking in the wrong place , there are so many threads and all i dont know where to refer .
i have some mods from the original file but other than that nothing ..
xpr4 was also updated to use the webcam for an extension/item that was made for the game in japan. I wouldn't worry about it as without the object, it does nothing. It just turns on now to let you know it could/ve been used.

There's 2 ways to really keep everything tidy and to figure out which mod is which.
One way is to keep the mod you get in the folder them come in with the readme "and" image with it. That way if for any reason you just added a new mod and I guess you don't like it, or just want an easier way to locate them later without a huge pile of .tahs in your arc without knowing "What the hell is going on in here?!?!?! *rips hair out of head*"

Another way is using TDCGExplorer which can help you keep your mods somewhat organized as well.

            Just the blue outfit correct?
It's white background so I wouldn't be able to load and see the rest of the clothing outside the small preview.

Got a right lot of questions, but, I'll start with the most pressing ha ha Just started branching into making my own poses. But for the life of me I can't figure out a way to take screen captures outside of using fraps. Which turn out a tad garbled, hardly noticable unless looking intently, but a tad garbled nonetheless. So if anyone knows of an in game screen capture mechanic, I would love to know ha ha The second issue I'm having is I don't know of a free camera mode, to say, one that doesn't pan like it does in the first option underneath the background selection wheel. Or better yet, in the positioning mode, a way of deselecting the underlying wireframe that you manipulate to create a pose, getting it out of the way to take said screenshots. I would imagine I'm simply missing a fuction in the game dedicated to doing soley this ha ha But, being new to 3DCG, this poor fool is lost without those such as yourselves that I humbly beseech for answers

Screencapping = Press 'Print Screen' while in Poser Mode.

It'll save to a folder in My Documents under Tech3DArts or something similar.

To remove the wireframes = Press 'Space' several times.

It'll also show you the direction of the source of light of your model. Kinda useful.

To move from one model to another = Press 'Tab'

Yes, it also counts the male partner of the game.

In which, as a bonus extra: To summon the male = Press F1 (I think it was F1... I'll double check with you on that.

Much appreciated on the prompt reply. Spacebar gets rid of the frame much as you said, and the sun direction is rather helpful indeed ha ha As for printscreen for in game captures, it instead hands me a blank screen even though the audio for 3DCG is still there. I'm assuming the screen captures would go into the same folder in My Documents->TechArts3D that shows all existing models I have in the character selection wheel. The image I attached is to show what mode I'm in, and the objects I highlighted I assume the in game screen cap function omits when the screen capture is taken. Who knows, I may even be in the wrong mode to start with, which I'm hoping explains why printscreen isn't working for me ha ha

Press move to make everything but the picture invisible. Press it again to bring the menus back up.

Much appreciated on the prompt reply again. Just in case anyone has the same issue of removing the menus as I did, I'll point out that the [home] key on your keyboard will remove the menus while in pose mode. Granted if you have a translated version of the help menu with your game already, it clearly states this haha As is, I didn't. I'll part with one last question however. Is there a way of repositoning the camera around the given character you're working on in pose mode? To be more specific, moved in a way that it isn't fixated on the central axis of the character? Thanks again for the help thus far and putting up with my clueless questions

                        Unfortunately.... no.

Try not selecting your character and hold your roller mouse down and move around the screen.

I would LOVE to know if there IS a way, since some Japanese modders actually show screen caps of their characters in different parts of the scene where the camera shouldn't be able to zoom that far.

And yah, once you press 'Print Screen', there should be a 'camera shutter' sound. That's to tell you it actually saved in the folder you mentioned.

If not, must be a SP2r1 function.

And yah, forgot to mention the 'Home' key. (DAMN, I knew I was forgetting something >.> )

Simple, just place your scene in the map where you want it, then place a char at the desired vantage point for the snapshot, hit "f" to drive the focus there, and look back at the scene you wanted from however far away you put the "target".

Pretty much like how I did this whole scene sometime in the beginning of last year:
