    The Pillows (band who did all the music for FLCL) is touring the U.S. with stops in Chicago, Austin, San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York and Seattle. With the exception of the Chicago show, these are all stops on their Delicious Bump USA Tour http://www.delicious-label.com/ustour/index_us2.htm

      I'm actually suprised they are heading out to Illinois and Texas. Japanese bands tend to stay on the coasts since there are larger Japanese communities.

      Late last year PUFFY (aka Puffy AmiYumi) toured New York, L.A. and San Francisco. A few years back B'z did Las Vegas, Seattle, San Francisco and L.A. This The Pillows tour is probably as good as its going to get

          They are doing two shows in nyc, March 20 and 21st. Im planning to go to the show on the 21st with a few of my friends. tickets are $8. more info on the march 21st show can be found here

                            The pillows show at knitting factory was so good. One of the best expericences ive ever had. Noodles was also very good. I got their autographs. If anyone else went to the show, share your opinion.

                              B'z made a stop in one Canadian city (I think it was Toronto) during their last NA tour.

                              I'll be attending the San Francisco show this Sunday, so expect some commentary from me afterwards.
