Thx, i sorted out the jagged edges (i hope), and my avatar size limit is 200x120, my pic is 120x120 (almost) i don't want it to be stretched at all.

I could get rid of the green circle and make a little square picture of the chibi girls bravo girls...

Thx for comment but would you give me some constructive criticisms, im a 'perfectionist' and im still very very new to this Photoshop business so i don't mind any negative stuff. I just want feedback on how to improve my works.
