I've reinstalled the HF patch and it's working again, thanks.

About your problem, try to uninstall then reinstall the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010.
And if you're using windows 64 bit, you need to install both 32 bit and 64 bit version of the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010.
And try to update your graphic card driver too.
