EDIT: actually no, it's probably the grope button. Like the one in the original game.

I think grope probably in the second icon from the bottom, the one they demonstrated list of actions in the picture. The first one in that list read "nadenade" and from quick googling it means "patting (head)" sfx in Japanese. Third of the list say "Kiss" and the last one I am sure it is "asking for sex (Ecchi Shiyo)". So I think it safe to assume that "Hug" and "Grope" should be group togather with all these type of actions.

Not doubted, it was just not clear if it was a translation or speculation.

Thanks a lot for spelling it out for us. I'm intrigued by it being possible to touch her boobs in conversation! I know it will not be direct interaction, but still it's still closer to the level of groping that I had hoped to see.

I'm also very interested in how the next weeks update is going to be: It seems like it could in the form of a developer interview!? That's definitely a first with Illusion and to me it's a clear statement to how much dedication has went in to this title. I guess we'll have to wait and see... omg

@All: While I'm extremely happy over people being so accepting over yaoi, I think we're all forgetting another group that Illusion unfairly ignores too: otome gamers. We do not have a game to call our own too, which is retarded since:
a)The otome market is huge nowadays, in case you guys haven't noticed by all the anime based on otome games we've been getting the past few years. And the overflow of them on the app market, including more of those app games in English than even the regular visual novels. And for those who think most otome gamers only like the all ages thing, you clearly haven't been on tumblr and seen most of the girls salivate over the newest r-18 game (fucking bees). Or the overflow of the otome drama CD market, which has many r-18 series.
b)It's still straight sex, so I doubt most of Illusion's usual market would be turned off by it. Some of them might even like the option to play as a girl. And they could use most of the same animations too!

The original AA1 wasn't a game for us even though we could play as a girl, since the guy customization there was so limited. And the guys didn't moan during sex or have that many expressions compared to the girls, huge turn off (although I'll admit they were still way more expressive than in the usual Illusion games). AA2 seems to be going on a better direction, so maybe....but then we see the same 4 personalities while the girls have 15 or so. Given otoge's and r-18 CD's popularity, it can't be because it's hard to find VA for it. So I really don't see their hangup over it.

Now, if Illusion does makes the guys as expressive as the girls, then I'll eat my own words and accept the game even with the few personalities. I'll take them as them testing out the market with tentative resources. And for those who hate the guys moaning, they could just add an option to turn it off during H. Everybody happy! I doubt it TBH, but I'm still holding out hope for the guys being more expressive at least. I still think the guy in SM2 was the cutest of all Illusion guys because of that reason.

Now about the update next week, a possible interview? In all my years of being with Illusion, I don't recall them doing that. Either way, nice to know we'll have something worthwhile next week. As for the "dating" thing, maybe it's what we can do on weekends? That's probably why we can see the town in some of the screens, but this is just me speculating.

That always bugged me in AA1. The first time I used the Character Creator I tough that maybe if two characters had the same surname the game could consider them as siblings.

Yup, would have been nice, since Artificial Girl 3 used this system. By giving two females the same surname the were taken as sisters in-game.

Speculation:

But let us wait a little longer (without getting hopes up too high). AA2 has more dialog than the first AA and there are still enough fridays to get information on the game. And i'm thinking Illusion is still keeping some surprises for the later weeks (Or at least i hope so).

EDIT for the breasts+clipping thing:

I'm more of a "small to normal breastsize" guy. I don't like boobs big enough to kill people/destroy cities with them.
And with that, i think, i will mostly have no clipping issues.

In AA, breastsize between 70 and 80 was for me the perfect size, not too basketball and not too landing strip. Dont know what size this would be in AA2.
