Went back down for me as well. Guess I'll just check back periodically and see if it's back up and stable here in a bit.

Presumably, they uploaded the full version of the Maker, everyone is trying to download it, and the sudden surge in traffic is hammering their web server. I doubt the situation is going to improve until someone successfully downloads the Maker and provides a mirror for it elsewhere.

They are uploading and updating the site, so the full maker should be up when its back up. 配布物（ダウンロード）』ページを更新 that part says the download page is updated.

So, basically you guys can calm down now, the full maker is there. Now you just have to wait for someone to be able to download it once the sites up. You are gonna give yourselves an aneurysm over this maker.

My advice is to stop attempting to go to the site. We can assume that they are getting DoS'ed by all the people trying to access their site for the maker. The less we spam their web server the quicker the site can recover. Unless you are going through a Japanese proxy you aren't going to be able to download it from their servers anyway. Someone will get a copy of it soon enough and upload it to a file hosting site for us all to grab.
