It would be good if people would contribute to wiki !
So i found this gem thanks to one of Hongfire threads about slave making games. I played it for few days and i have to say it is best slave maker type game. UI is good, gameplay is excellent (a bit hard but that is ok). There is proper progression system that last for hours instead of minutes like in other games. Depending on stats and traits slaves can sometimes be almost impossible to break. Slaves can die. You can kill them, sell them for meat and other stuff.
Renting system in this game is though and doesn't allow you to for mistakes especially at start.
Emotion system in this game is bar none best of them all and imo main feature of game. You need to explain slaves what they need to do in order to not get punished and depending on stats different slaves have different types of breaking their will/reason. Some may be sensitive so that even scolding can majorly make them depressed and thanks to it willing to do anything, some may be so hard that living in prison, being raped daily, brutally beaten and so on can never brake their will. This also depends on stats so if you start wish shitty stats some even lower slaves can be un-trainable by you. Also breaking slaves have its cons as increasing stats like reason or willpower is very very very hard and almost always expensive (if you want to sale slave with profit).
Game also have crude faction system so you need to first get approval from different people to be allowed to buy house in their district. Each district have different things in them and houses are different (weekly cost, store, interiors etc). Houses also can be upgraded with new rooms or different interiors.
Slaves can catch diseases, parasites have scars, bruises. They eat and they can starve. If they have little energy they can go into coma and die same as you. Art is usual stolen stuff from different games/manga/anime but i fiddled a bit with source files and every art asset is easily replaceable so someone could for example change all art to own stuff
IMO GOTY HENTAI GAME OF 2010+ along with Oyako Rankan

Hi guys,
First, thanks a lot for all the enhancements to Jack.
It is really awesome work - and I admire your patience in dealing with QSP, and the coding of this game ;-)
Second, I have modified the engine to make it possible to show videos, instead of images, in girls/scene, girls/sex and girls/torture.
I don't know if is a good idea at all, or how it exactly should work - maybe you have some feedback?
Right now it works by putting a video, with the same name as the image, in content/video/girls/(scene|sex|torture), then it will play over the image. The extensions can currently be: mp4, mkv, wmv, avi, webm, flv.
It takes the first video it finds in that order. If not found, then it just shows the image as normal.
Currently it just auto plays and loops the video.
Maybe it should start paused, and play on a trigger?
That could be on mouse over for instance. That would actually be nice I think, and the easiest to make :-) (Just thought of it right now)
Alternatively there could be a new icon, or one should click on the image, to start the video.
Flaws/limitations:
It can take a moment to start the video, briefly showing the original image.
When a message is displayed, the original image is shown in the background, video starts when all messages have been closed.
(There is no way around this, except to replace original image with first frame of video).
Video restarts somewhere during the last 600 ms of the clip (to achieve gapless looping).
Video is cropped if not in the correct aspect ratio.
Consider this an alpha version, not tested extensively(made it yesterday) and only tested on Linux.
I have tried to build a windows version for your convenience. Let me know if it works :-)
Wine won't play the videos - some codec/quartz problem. I think it will work on Windows though.
Otherwise, compiling it is easy. Just open in Qt Creator, configure and press the big green play button :-)

Lots of stuff has happened since this post. This was the first in a series of improvements to the engine.

Well color me impressed, that is quite something.
But honestly i feel it is not that useful for the purpose you stated, a gif (and there are some animated ones already) is good enough imo.
That said it does bring some interesting options, a video based tutorial might just be in the cards now.
Since you seems to know about the engine, certainly more than me, Boney M and me were curios if it is possible to get QSP to check for the existence of a particular file as part of an IF check, do you know if there is a way to do that?Last edited by Lillybilli; 04-19-2015 at 05:44 AM.

i have been messing around with the sound codes of the game
manged to get music playing at home but the struggle is that it stops whenever i click on any action
example if i open slave activities or domestic issues and when i go back to the main interface menu it starts again
not just that but if i go inside a menu again the music would start and if i go back to the main menu it stops
wonder if it can be coded to like start when you at home and stop when you leave home

Yeah, have had the same thoughts. Made it because I wanted an edition with pictures of real women, and thought it sucked to make gif animations where I wanted animations, when I had perfectly good videos already.
Thought somebody else might use this instead gifs to get better quality animations.
Still not sure the game get better from it though :-) But I have to try and see if it works.
Regarding the QSP language and the engine. My alterations only affect the presentation layer of the engine, and is in fact a hack - it only affects the surface at the highest level. I had previously only glanced at the QSP library, because it quickly gets way more complicated.
Looking at it now (without an in depth understanding), it doesn't seem like there are any statements that support checking for the existence of a file.
I think I could implement one though. I don't think it is that hard.
Will take a look at it later today.

Talking about gifs, I have this problem which a gif doesn't reproduce completely well. I mean, if there's a gif that lasts like 5 seconds when you see it with an image program, in the game, it just lasts like 2 sec. Thus, it doesn't loop properly. Does anyone have this same problem?

I just came up with a really horrible option that should totally be implemented: Lobotomy at the medical centre. It makes the girl completely stupid, apathetic and spineless. However it gets rid of pretty much all of the girls resistance to training.
