    It would be good if people would contribute to wiki !

    So i found this gem thanks to one of Hongfire threads about slave making games. I played it for few days and i have to say it is best slave maker type game. UI is good, gameplay is excellent (a bit hard but that is ok). There is proper progression system that last for hours instead of minutes like in other games. Depending on stats and traits slaves can sometimes be almost impossible to break. Slaves can die. You can kill them, sell them for meat and other stuff.
    Renting system in this game is though and doesn't allow you to for mistakes especially at start.

    Emotion system in this game is bar none best of them all and imo main feature of game. You need to explain slaves what they need to do in order to not get punished and depending on stats different slaves have different types of breaking their will/reason. Some may be sensitive so that even scolding can majorly make them depressed and thanks to it willing to do anything, some may be so hard that living in prison, being raped daily, brutally beaten and so on can never brake their will. This also depends on stats so if you start wish shitty stats some even lower slaves can be un-trainable by you. Also breaking slaves have its cons as increasing stats like reason or willpower is very very very hard and almost always expensive (if you want to sale slave with profit).
    Game also have crude faction system so you need to first get approval from different people to be allowed to buy house in their district. Each district have different things in them and houses are different (weekly cost, store, interiors etc). Houses also can be upgraded with new rooms or different interiors.
    Slaves can catch diseases, parasites have scars, bruises. They eat and they can starve. If they have little energy they can go into coma and die same as you. Art is usual stolen stuff from different games/manga/anime but i fiddled a bit with source files and every art asset is easily replaceable so someone could for example change all art to own stuff

    Also I'm exited about the audio improvements. Good sound is really lacking, and is one of the most wanted features, in my opinion.

    I have implemented the possibility to check for existence of a file, from QSP code.

    You can use it like this:

    file_exists = %content/pic/bg/someimage.jpg
    IF file_exists:
    dosomething

    or

    IF %content/pic/bg/someimage.jpg:
    dosomething

    You can also have multiple conditions.

    file_exists = %content/pic/bg/someimage.jpg
    some_variable = 5

    IF file_exists AND some_variable = 5:
    dosomething
    ELSE
    dosomethingelse

    To check if file don't exist do it like this:
    IF file_exists = 0:
    ...

    But you can _not_ do any of these (at least not yet):
    IF %content/pic/bg/someimage.jpg AND some_variable = 5:
    IF %content/pic/bg/someimage.jpg = 1:
    IF %content/pic/bg/someimage.jpg = 0:

    The path has to be the last thing on the line (except for : at the IF statement).

    You can find the new version of the engine on page 72.

    Btw. I think AltairPL is right. This kind of talk belongs in an other thread.
    I am a newbie on this forum. Hope someone else will take up the task.

    Edit: The variable name, does not have to be file_exists. It can be anything.

  4. I am running merged mod 1.8 and I think I've found a bug. I no longer find fiend-impregnated girls when I win fights while patrolling the border of the fog. I recently traded my fiend to the guy in the forum for the Raven Crown; could that be related? I tried fighting with and without wearing the raven crown and still wasn't getting pregnant slaves. I have been playing from a fresh save without using the debug feature.

    Also, thank you to all the modders! You're making a great game even better. Some things I'd love to see implemented eventually:
    * Won/bought augmentations to the slaver, such as increased dick size and semen production
    * Option to feed slaves a diet of slaver's semen during oral sex/training
    * Pregnant slaves to be returned after birth. Slave babies to be given accelerated growth to become immature slaves.
    * More to do at the tavern, such as strippers/bar fights/etc.
    * Late game access to brothel rooms in the slaver's house. Rather than selling or putting your best slaves in stasis, they could be whored out. In current builds, it isn't hard to get lots of money (even on high difficulty). I think, rather than trying to rebalance it to make money harder to get, money should become plentiful and used for slaver upgrades/baby incubators/brothel upgrades/etc.

    Funnily enough I had that same idea last night so stayed up trying to do it with more or less no knowledge in this stuff. I'm definitely no programmer but I managed to functionally achieve it to a point where I was satisfied. Internally it's probably an absolute mess, enough to make anyone with experience face palm, but if you want I can give you the 1.9 merged mod with the changes.

    You can update to 1.9 and keep the saves with the debug feature, those version are compatible.

    * Could be interesting, but in this particular case i see no practical use for that.
    * Personally i would prefer to avoid it, there is no lore or gameplay reason to allow it imo.
    * This touches a sore point, while pregnancy is an hot topic there is the lore problem, i think Strec is working on something for it though.
    * Flirting was planed for the bar, as well as info gathering, no idea if any of the modders is currently working or plamning to do something with the bar.
    * I think Boney M is working on something like that for the hggmod.

    You very welcome :-) It was a fun challenge.

    Apparently my newly created Git Hub account, has gotten flagged as non-human, and it has been hidden from the public.
    I have just now contacted support, so I assume it soon will be visible again. The link is correct.

    But the precompiled binaries do contain the changes, so just download that.
    It is a drop in replacement to the unmodified engine - just unpack and run.
