    That's right, you have to call MergeMaterial(ImportedMaterial) from a workspace which imported an Fbx.

    The gui advances. I limited the number of functions per editor to the essencials. A few things for meshes and then textures and I will release the next version. Included will be that MergeMaterial(Material) will pull in Shaders from other Animators. Not included: MQO export.

    I extended the Object Tree, View and Editor for Meshes to show MeshRenderers. Those are unskinned meshes, but now I saw Meshes with several (two) Submeshes for the first time. Although they are shown in the editor, you wont be able to export them yet. There is much to do about Submesh handling at many places. Some of them are prepared

    SB3UGS_v1.0.7nu has the basic functions for editing in the gui. New functions are also based on scripting commands. So you can repeat them.

  6. Don't know if this has already been done, but I just tried to add some very basic Oculus Rift support to HaremMate because, well, it's Unity. Getting the H-stuff to work is surprisingly easy and works well after some tinkering with Reflexil.

    Should be significantly harder to get the GUI (which is written with nGUI, I guess) to work, though. Saving this for a rainy day.

    No it hasn't been done yet. But it would be awesome! Thanks for working on it and I really hope you will share your results

    SB3UGS_v1.0.7xi includes MQO Export for SkinnedMeshRenderers. Textures are exported as they are stored in the unity3d file, usually DDS and TGA.

    DDS export in Gimp will require to know the format and if MipMap levels should be generated or not. I added the info in the Texture Editor.

  9. Does anyone know in which files are dialogs from the story ?
    I whould like like to make a machine translation for myself (or everyone if someone is interested).
    I searched in a lot of files but can't find them

    You could try to dump TextAsset (49) classes from unity files with DisUnity. If you find the text there then let me know and I will implement support for TextAssets in Sb3UGS.



    SB3UGS_v1.0.7omicron

    • MonoBehaviours (subformat 2, 29) and Texture2Ds can be exported and imported from the Asset menu of the unity3d file.
    • Bug fix for ReplaceSkinnedMeshRenderer() when materials from the workspace were not found in the AnimatorEditor.
    • Normals and Tangents can be calculated in the Mesh Editor.
    • Tangents are generated automatically upon import of FBX files without tangents.

    The MQOUncenor has been advanced a bit with this version. I renamed the SkinnedMeshRenderer (by renaming the Transform) and got rid of the mosaic blinking effect.
