Dunno. I'm pretty open minded about how people should have a certain freedom in teaching their kids about the birds and the bees, but saying this sort of stuff is suitable for six year old kids to see is really stretching my tolerance beyond acceptable limits. It will just be confusing and fill their heads with images that will likely come back later in life to cause them some difficulties, even with careful parental guidance. And if grade schoolers can watch Momiji, I'm a bit concerned about what is considered okay for the twelve year olds. Scat/bondage/tentacle/torture/snuff hentai?
And, if parents in Portugal are anything like parents in America, how many will just look at the age rating and pop it in the player and leave the kids alone to be entertained? Plus all those twelve year olds who can legally buy it without their parents knowledge. Kids will always be able to find the stuff, but at least make them work at it a bit.

It was a mistake....
I will try to translate the video:
TITLE: IGAC classifies hentai for 6 years old kids
Man - Two movies of pornographic cartoons were disposable in video clubs with the age rate of 6 to 12 years old.
Confronted with the content of the movies the commission of classification of shows is chocked and says it was fooled.
Journalist Woman - "Momiji, I'm not a doll": it's the title of movie that is going to make any parent blush. After the first 3 seconds of the movie the innocence gives place to the pornography in cartoon version.
Anime guy - Are you aware what I am about to do to you, uh, baby?
Journalist Woman - There are two titles that are at the market of rent in the video clubs. Not only Momiji which as classified for been watched by children with 6 years old but the movie "Langerie" that was classified for +12.
Man of commission of classification of shows - I'm completely chocked with this product substantially different and that configures a cartoon with scenes eventually pornographic. Also, I can't say for sure without have seen it fully (the movie), and that leaves me frankly indignant .
Journalist Woman - The two movies than the commission have seen had a "different" cap. Beyond the pictures than don't reveal pornographic content the resume (of the movie) was changed.
The text that was submitted at commission of classification of shows had some sexual references but the text that is in the market doesn't have this details.
Man of commission of classification of shows - They were images of a japanese cartoon... there were some figures of girls in a office and they were trying various styles of clothes including "langerie" but there was nothing pornographic and then the age rate that was given was for +12.
Journalist Woman - The japanese manga has two centuries of history but only in the last decades it invaded the European continent. There is manga for all tastes and ages - kids, boys, girls, with magical powers, and for adults too - the difference is in the price: to licentiate a pornographic movie, even if is a cartoon, it's 75 euros (something like 102 dollars).
Man of commission of classification of shows - The tax of licensing of pornographic content is 20 times superior of a normal movie.
Woman - And that will justify what happened here?
Man of commission of classification of shows - I dunno.
Journalist Woman - The sign of interdiction of children was putted by the deliverers that didn't show themselves disposable to present declarations to SIC (the TV portuguese channel in charge of this news).
This translation is the closest to the original than I could do. If I done a mistake, please, tell me, I'm still a rather "clumsy" with my English.
Well, I hope you people, get a picture of what's happening . Unfortunately for me, here in Portugal anime or manga is still a very unknown thing, and for most portuguese people's minds cartoons are meant for children only.
