I've always wondered that...well not always. I would love to see a third if not possibly a 4th episode to my ALL TIME FAV. H-anime. But, to answer the question more appropriately I suspect its the lack of interest. Bible Black/la-blue girl..etc. all got more than 2-3 episodes cause apparently people liked it. There's no way those animators can possibly if we're downloading their h-anime, cause if they could tell that we liked it than there would of been more episodes by now.
